For example,<br\/>images and audio recordings processed on a computer may constitute personal data even if no names are mentioned.<br\/>Encrypted information and various types of electronic identifiers (e.g., IP addresses) are personal data if they can be linked to individuals.<br\/>Processing of personal data is anything that happens to the personal data. Any action taken with personal data constitutes processing,<br\/>regardless of whether it is performed automatically or not. Examples of common processing activities include collection, registration, organization,<br\/>structuring, storage, adaptation, transfer and deletion.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What personal data do we collect about you as an employee, and why?<\/strong><br\/>ABL Construction Equipment may process the following personal data about employees.<br\/>Personal data may be collected during the recruitment process, at the start of employment, and<br\/>continuously during employment with the company.<br\/>Basic personal data: Name, personal identity number, nationality, gender, work phone number,<br\/>workplace address, home address, other private contact details, employee number, bank and<br\/>account details, operating unit, organizational affiliation\/unit, employment start date, date employment<br\/>ended, managerial role, employment percentage, home country, language preference, years of service,<br\/>blue-collar\/white-collar classification and, where required, other basic personal data.<br\/>For agency\/contracted personnel: Employer, date the company was engaged, date the company\u2019s contract ended, type of contract.<br\/>For performance of work and workforce planning: Manager, manager\u2019s manager, job title, department,<br\/>division, business area, country, product line, region, location, education\/skills, level of education,<br\/>work performance.<br\/><br\/>Personnel administration and other HR-specific personal data: Weekly working hours, daily working hours,<br\/>country organization, contact information for next of kin, cost center, job evaluation,<br\/>job family, employee group, monthly salary, salary development, pay grade, bonus program,<br\/>health information, rehabilitation, absence, manager, placement in organizational level, profit center, other<br\/>identification numbers for HR department, HR sub-department, any wage garnishment and, where necessary,<br\/>other relevant data for personnel administration and HR-specific personal data.<br\/>Communication: Personal data required to provide employees with access to the company\u2019s IT systems and<br\/>networks, including internet address, work email, IP addresses and login usernames, as well as<br\/>other types of personal data that are logged when using IT systems and networks.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Why do we collect your personal data?<\/strong><br\/>ABL Construction Equipment may collect and process employees\u2019 personal data for, among other things,<br\/>the following purposes. The list is not exhaustive, but is intended to provide an overview of the company\u2019s need<br\/>to process employees\u2019 personal data.<br\/>&#8211; Administration and management of employment with the company, maintaining<br\/>employee records<br\/>&#8211; Internal management, planning and administration of the workforce, need for and access to different<br\/>resources, project staffing and resource allocation<br\/>&#8211; Recruitment, skills development, career planning and development, evaluation and<br\/>follow-up of work performance<br\/>&#8211; Administration of benefits, salary payments, compensation, taxes and insurance<br\/>&#8211; Administration of business travel, travel insurance, secondment and other business travel<br\/>&#8211; Providing employees with access to internal information systems and other resources,<br\/>supporting secure, reliable and efficient use of internal information channels such as email<br\/>and other internet- or telephony-based services, ensuring that business-critical information<br\/>and the company\u2019s other assets are secure and protected<br\/>&#8211; Financial planning, reporting, budgeting and analysis<br\/>&#8211; Health and work environment<br\/>&#8211; Monitoring compliance with internal policies and other regulations, protecting the company\u2019s property,<br\/>both physical and intellectual property rights, preventing fraud and other unlawful<br\/>activities<br\/>&#8211; Handling work-related disputes and complaints, e.g., claims for compensation, acting in accordance with<br\/>other applicable legal obligations that the company may have through the employee\u2019s employment<br\/>with the company<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The legal basis for the processing<\/strong><br\/>The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of the employment contract. The<br\/>legal basis also includes the fact that, due to law, collective agreements or other regulations, the company is<br\/>obliged to process personal data in a certain way, e.g., in relation to the Swedish Tax Agency or<br\/>insurance companies or registration of working hours, etc. The legal basis may also consist of the company\u2019s legitimate interest,<br\/>following a balancing of interests, to carry out the processing. In addition, the company may process personal data based on the employee\u2019s specific consent.<br\/><br\/>If the processing is required to perform the contract or a legal obligation, the employee cannot<br\/>object to the processing. If the processing is carried out on the basis of legitimate interest, an objection<br\/>to the processing will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Who do we share your personal data with, and who has access to it?<\/strong><br\/>ABL Construction Equipment applies appropriate technical and organizational security measures to<br\/>protect personal data against, among other things, loss, misuse and unauthorized access.<br\/>Only persons within the company who, in their employment, need to process the personal data in<br\/>accordance with the purposes stated above will have access to it.<br\/>ABL Construction Equipment may disclose personal data to data processors, other companies<br\/>within the group, or third parties as described below in accordance with applicable data protection laws.<br\/>&#8211; To recipients within the group to enable national processing of personal data for the purposes<br\/>mentioned above<br\/>&#8211; To data processors. ABL Construction Equipment may engage data processors<br\/>for business purposes as part of its normal operations, such as outsourcing payroll processing<br\/>or IT operations to an external supplier. In such cases, the company will require that such processor applies appropriate technical and organizational<br\/>security measures to protect employees\u2019 personal data and that the processing of<br\/>employees\u2019 personal data is carried out only in accordance with our instructions.<br\/>&#8211; To authorities if the company is obliged to do so or if the company needs to protect<br\/>its own or a third party\u2019s rights<br\/>&#8211; To third parties in connection with the sale or other transfer of part of the company\u2019s<br\/>business<br\/>&#8211; To third parties in connection with emergencies where the health and safety of an employee or another person<br\/>is at risk<br\/>&#8211; To third parties to safeguard the company\u2019s rights, e.g., in connection with an employment law dispute<br\/>Some recipients of employees\u2019 personal data may be located or have operations in a country other than<br\/>where the employee\u2019s workplace is located, e.g., Russia or the USA. Data protection legislation may differ<br\/>in such countries. ABL Construction Equipment will ensure that an adequate level of protection is maintained for the processing of personal data in every transfer of personal data.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>How long do we retain your personal data?<\/strong><br\/>ABL Construction Equipment will process and store employees\u2019 personal data for as<br\/>long as it is necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected.<br\/>Some personal data will be deleted when employment ends. Other<br\/>personal data will be stored for a longer period because there is a legal obligation for<br\/>the company to retain the personal data, e.g., to issue an employment certificate or to demonstrate that<br\/>correct tax deductions have been made, or because the company needs the data to safeguard its<br\/>rights. As the time limits for bringing claims against the company expire (limitation period), the data will be<br\/>disposed of. ABL Construction Equipment may also need to retain personal data<br\/>that is related to specific projects and may therefore need to be stored for as long as the projects<br\/>are ongoing.<br\/>Some personal data may be retained for a longer period, e.g., information about<br\/>length of employment may be stored until the employee reaches retirement age under the Employment Protection Act. Documentation for<br\/>payments into pension insurance policies may be stored for as long as the employee is alive.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Your rights as an employee<\/strong><br\/>As an employee, you have, among other things, the right to access your personal data, request rectification of<br\/>personal data, object to the processing of personal data, request that processing of<br\/>personal data be restricted, or request erasure of your personal data processed by ABL<br\/>Construction Equipment in accordance with the rights provided by data protection legislation. These<br\/>rights may be limited by other provisions in data protection legislation or if such a request<br\/>would be inappropriate in an individual case, e.g., due to an ongoing investigation of improper conduct.<br\/>The employee has the right to withdraw consent that has been given for certain processing of personal data.<br\/>The employee may have the right to transfer their personal data to another controller. This<br\/>applies to personal data that the company processes on the basis of the employee\u2019s consent or to<br\/>perform a contract with the employee. The data must be provided to ABL Construction Equipment in<br\/>a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.<br\/>If an employee has questions about, or wishes to exercise, any such right, the CEO should be contacted.<br\/>Employees can obtain more information about the handling of personal data through the CEO or their immediate manager.<br\/>Employees have the right to contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) with complaints regarding the processing of their<br\/>personal data.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Changes to the privacy policy<\/strong><br\/>ABL Construction Equipment may make changes to this privacy policy. At the top of<br\/>the first page it is stated when changes to the privacy policy were last made. If material changes<br\/>are made, all employees will be informed separately.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Contact details<\/strong><br\/>ABL Construction Equipment, reg. no. 556257-7386, with address Gillbergagatan 7, is<br\/>the controller for the processing of your personal data.
